NIOGA Mobile Tech is a technology training unit serving the Niagara, Orleans, and Genesee Counties in New York State. Nioga Mobile Tech, sponsored by the Nioga Library System, provides online access to job search resources as well as federal, state, and local E-government resources in the tri-county region.
